Refi, your studio concierge
An AI assistant on your booking page that answers what your clients usually message you about, parking, what to bring, can I move my class, in their own language.
Schedule & instructors
Set your weekly classes once, roll the next eight weeks of dates out with one click. Assign teachers and send each a daily what's-on digest.
Online payments via Stripe
Clients pay by card on your booking page. We collect, hold, and pay out to your IBAN monthly, minus our 2.5% on the portion above €1,000.
Packs, memberships & shop
Sell class packs with the validity you choose, recurring memberships, and branded merch in a member-only shop. Credits track per client.
Free first class
Win first-timers with a free intro class. Flip one toggle, new visitors get a credit on signup, no spreadsheet, no promo codes.
Reminders & calendar sync
24-hour reminders go out automatically, so no-shows drop. Clients can subscribe their classes straight into Apple or Google Calendar.
Waitlists that work
Class full? Clients join the waitlist. The moment someone cancels, the next person is auto-promoted and emailed.
Referrals & share tools
A QR code for your door, a link for your Instagram bio, and member referrals that track and reward themselves when a friend joins.
In your clients' language
Your booking page, member area, and emails all speak English, Spanish, or Dutch, set per studio so it feels local to your clients.

Get paid monthly
Stripe collects from your clients, we hold the funds, and once a month we wire your share to your IBAN. Below €1,000 of revenue that month, our cut is zero. Above, 2.5% on the portion above the threshold, taken straight off the payout, no card to charge, no invoice to chase. Stripe's processing (about 1.5% + €0.25 in the EU) is taken by Stripe directly.

Most boutique studio platforms start at €120 to €200 a month plus add-ons and an annual contract. We start at €0 and only show up on your invoice when your clients show up too.
