Your name, your logo, your colours and your photographs, on your own page at reformerpilatesbooking.com/your-studio. It carries your brand, not ours. Your clients book in a couple of taps, with no app to download and no account to wrestle with.
Your week
Build it once, keep four weeks open.
A weekly template that keeps the next four weeks of classes open, rolling forward on its own. Change a single class and only that class changes. Cancel one and everybody booked gets their credit back and hears about it, without you sending a message.
Who is coming
The roster keeps itself.
Clients book and cancel themselves inside the window you set. When somebody drops out at seven in the morning, the first person on the waitlist moves up and is told, and you find out when you read it rather than when you fix it.
Getting paid
Your packs, your prices, your Stripe account.
Sell single classes, packs or monthly memberships, each with the validity you choose. Clients buy them in your own member shop, and the money lands in your own Stripe account, because you are the merchant of record and we are not in the middle of it.
The 9pm questions
Refi answers your clients so you don't.
Your studio's own host, in the tone of voice you set. It knows what you have told it and nothing else, and when a question is outside that it says so and passes it to you rather than inventing an answer.

Just grip socks, and we keep spares at the studio if you forget. You're on Reformer Flow at 18:00 with Marta. The door code is on your booking confirmation.
Something came up, can I move to Thursday?
Thursday 18:00 has two spots left. Cancel tomorrow's class under My bookings (free until 12 hours before) and book Thursday on the timetable. Your credit comes straight back.
Your people
Every client, and everything she has done.
Credits, history, late cancels, referrals, all on one card. Add a private note after a class. Download your customer list and your receipts as a spreadsheet whenever you like. It is your data.
