bsport is the platform we get compared to most, and for good reason. This is a fair account of the differences, including the cases where you should pick them.
We are going to try to write the comparison we wanted to read when we were choosing, which means naming the things we do not do as clearly as the things we do. If you finish this and book a bsport demo, that is a reasonable outcome.
What bsport is
bsport is an established European platform for boutique fitness: booking, memberships, payments, marketing automation, apps, multi-location. It is broad, it is built for studios that have grown past one room, and it has the depth that comes with that. If you run three locations, a team of instructors and a marketing calendar, that breadth is the point.
The difference that shows up first
Pricing. As of writing, bsport's pricing page lists five plans (Start, Build, Engage, Elevate and Scale) and no prices. Each plan has a Get a quote button, and the page's own FAQ says you can book a demo to get a quote tailored to your business.
That is a normal way to sell software to studios, and it is the opposite of how we do it. Our price is on our homepage with a calculator you can put your own revenue into: free until your studio takes €1,000 in a month, then 2.5% on the part above €1,000, and never more than €250 in a month. No subscription, no tiers, no contract, and no call before you can find out what it costs.

Pick bsport if
- You have more than one location today. One account runs one studio with us, so two rooms means two accounts. Multi-location is something we intend to offer and are building towards, but if you need it this month rather than later, bsport does it now. If you are opening a second room soon, write to us: we would rather build it with a studio that needs it than guess.
- You want a marketing platform as well as a booking platform. Campaign builders, lead funnels, automated sequences. We do reminders, waitlists and a referral scheme, and that is the extent of it.
- You have a team and need staff management. Rotas, payroll-adjacent reporting, permissions per role. We have instructor lists, which is a much smaller thing.
- You need breadth we do not have. Our fee stops at €250 a month, so we no longer get more expensive as you grow, but bsport does things we do not, and at some sizes those things are worth paying for. Do that arithmetic on features rather than on price.
Pick us if
- You run one reformer studio and you want the software to look like it was built for that, rather than configured down from something bigger.
- You are opening, or your months are uneven. A quiet January costs you nothing with us. This is the single biggest structural difference and it matters most in your first year and in your seasonal troughs.
- You want to know the price before the call, and you would rather not have the call at all.
- You want your clients paying you, not a platform. Payments land in your own Stripe account in your own name; we are not in the middle of them.
- You want the switch handled. We move your client list, their packs with the credits they have left, and your weekly schedule across by hand before you go live. There is no import wizard to fight.
The honest summary
bsport is a broader product built for studios that have already grown, and it is good at that. We are built around the studio rather than the chain, and priced so it costs nothing until the room is earning. If you are choosing between us today, the question is whether you are optimising for breadth or for fit, and either answer can be right.
There is nothing to cancel and no card to enter, so the cheapest way to compare is to set both up.

- Can I move from bsport to Reformer Pilates Booking?
- Yes. We move your client list, their remaining pack credits and your weekly schedule across by hand before you go live, and you pick the day you switch, so nothing goes dark for your clients in between. Ask bsport for an export of your client data first; it is a reasonable request and worth making early.
- Does Reformer Pilates Booking support multiple locations?
- Not yet. One account runs one studio today, so two rooms means two accounts. It is on our roadmap and we intend to offer it. If you need multi-location working this month, bsport does it now; if you are opening a second room later this year, tell us, because we would rather build it alongside a studio that needs it.
